How Fast Will My Order Ship?

Although most of the time orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of the time the order is placed, I can sometimes take up to 5 business days to ship some items. Because I operate a couple other companies my daytime schedule may sometimes impact shipping times. Customers needing things shipped quicker (maybe a late gift or something to that effect) may request via email or site submission to make requests.

How Will My Item Be Shipped?

Most small items are shipped via USPS first class. Large more costly items like knives are shipped through more expedient methods that may include USPS priority mail, FedEx, or UPS services. International orders are usually shipped via UPS since DHL facilities are not in my area.

Refunds And Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges on items that have a defect are discussed on a per instance basis. Items sold on the website may have specific return/exchange policies, be sure to read listings to be sure.
